For Gipso, we developed a web management system that combines warehouse, order, logistics, and administrative management into a single platform. Warehouse and Products The system allows you to organize raw materials and finished products across multiple warehouses, monitor inventory, and record loadings, unloadings, and transfers, maintaining a history of movements. Sales Management Sales management includes customers, suppliers, and agents, purchase and sales orders, including those from WooCommerce, with dedicated configurations for discounts and commissions. Logistics and Administration Orders are linked to shipments, packing lists, and transport documents. The administrative section allows you to manage invoices, due dates, and payments, with a journal entry for checking transactions and balances. Activity Monitoring A centralized dashboard and notification system allow you to monitor business performance, inventory levels, and order progress, bringing together useful information for daily work in a single environment.
