CGIL Puglia’s mobile app: offices, services, appointments and tax records, on Android and iOS.

CGIL Puglia asked us to design and build a mobile app giving citizens — members or not — access to the information and services of the whole union. It is on both Google Play and the Apple store, and runs on Android and iOS.

Several kinds of account sign in, each with its own level of authentication. A non-member sees offices, directions, services and opening hours. A member can book appointments, follow their own requests and consult their tax records.

A second authentication factor allows direct, certified identification of users.
