ERP and Billboard Management

The web platform that moved CSA, an outdoor-advertising leader near Bari, from paper to digital operations.

CSA leads outdoor advertising and installation work north of Bari. For this client, with more than twenty staff, we conceived, designed and built a web platform for running the business.

It was a genuine change of kind: from traditional management — slow, mechanical, held in people's heads, and therefore fallible — to digital, automated, punctual handling of everything done inside and outside the company.

Sales agents place orders remotely through the platform, and the work is split automatically between departments along the stages it passes through: design, print, operations, installation, administration. Accounts come in several kinds, and the reporting section — technical, commercial and financial — is extensive.
